4) Property Access & Site Conditions

You are responsible for reasonable access to the service area and for removing obstacles (toys, hoses, decorations, etc.).
Please mark hidden hazards such as sprinkler heads, landscape lighting, invisible fence wire, and low-voltage wiring.
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or concealed items.

Billing, Payments & Past Due Accounts

5) Payments

Payment terms are provided at the time of the service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing,
payment is due upon completion of service for one-time projects.

Nonpayment may result in service suspension and collection activity as allowed by law.

6) Late Fees / Finance Charges

If an invoice becomes past due, we may assess a late charge or finance charge as disclosed on your invoice or service agreement,
consistent with applicable Michigan law and any written agreement between the parties.
