1) Website Purpose

This Website provides information about our services, allows visitors to request quotes or contact us,
and offers an online instant quote tool for booking recurring lawn service. Submitting a contact form
or sending a message does not create a binding contract for services. Completing a booking through the
instant quote tool creates a service arrangement as described in Sections 2 and 5.

2) Quotes, Online Instant Quotes & Measurements

Pricing or estimates provided by form, phone, text, or email are non-binding until confirmed in writing
by ZAZ Lawn & Landscape LLC.

Our online instant quote tool calculates pricing from the lawn area you trace on a satellite map and the
property conditions you report (such as slope, corner lot, fencing, and gate size). Your traced
measurements and answers are saved with your booking. Because this information is provided by you, we may
verify it before or at your first service. If the actual serviceable area, property conditions, or access
differ materially from what was provided, we will notify you of an adjusted price, which applies to
visits after that notice — you may accept the new price or cancel at no charge before your next visit.

3) Scheduling & Weather

Lawn and landscape work is weather-dependent. We may reschedule service due to rain, unsafe conditions,
or seasonal growth patterns. We make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes. You are billed
only for service actually completed — a skipped or rescheduled visit is never charged.

4) Property Access & Site Conditions

You are responsible for reasonable access to the service area and for removing obstacles (toys, hoses, decorations, etc.).
Please mark hidden hazards such as sprinkler heads, landscape lighting, invisible fence wire, and low-voltage wiring.
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or concealed items. Our mowing equipment requires a gate
opening of at least 61 inches; fenced areas with smaller gate openings cannot be serviced and are excluded
from service and pricing. If part of the service area is
inaccessible at the time of service (for example, a locked gate or a pet in the yard), we will attempt to
contact you, service the accessible portions of the property, and the full visit price will apply. If the
entire property is inaccessible, the visit is skipped and not charged.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAZ Lawn & Landscape LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing lawn, soil, plant, drainage,
irrigation, or hardscape conditions.

Any liability, if established, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10) Intellectual Property

All Website content (text, images, logos, branding, design) is owned by ZAZ Lawn & Landscape LLC and
may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

11) Prohibited Use

• Using the Website for unlawful purposes
• Attempting unauthorized access to the Website or systems
• Submitting false or misleading information, including intentionally inaccurate lawn measurements
• Interfering with Website performance or security

12) Third-Party Links & Services

The Website may link to or rely on third-party sites and services, including map imagery providers and
Stripe for payment processing. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Payment processing is additionally subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

13) Disclaimer

The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
or that information is always complete or current. Satellite imagery used in the instant quote tool may not
reflect current property conditions.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be brought in the appropriate
courts located in Michigan.
